Shipping policy

  • We are pleased to offer free express shipping Canada-Wide on orders over $149 (after discounts and before taxes ).

  • Orders shipping within Canada that are under $149 (after discounts and before taxes ) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (excluding statutory federal and provincial holidays).
  • Once your item has been shipped you’ll receive an Order Fulfilled email, including the tracking number.
  • It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure the COMPLETE address is filled out correctly. Failing to do so may result in a returned item to the sender or a lost item. If an item needs to be re-shipped due to the clients’ error in inputting their address correctly, they will be charged $19.95 CAD for the additional shipment.

  • You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to process in addition to shipping estimates (see below). Please note that this may vary during busier high-volume times such as sales, promotions or Christmas. 

  • Assia Beauty Clinic shall not be held liable for any lost packages. If the package does not show up, please call the carrier to fill a claim. Assia Beauty Clinic cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders misdelivered by the carrier or stolen from a property. 

  • A signature will be required for orders over $350, free of charge. As a precautionary method due to COVID-19, an acknowledgement from the person who receives the package may be collected instead of a signature at the time of delivery. In such cases, the acknowledgement by the person who received the package at the delivery address will be taken as proof of delivery. 
    If a shipment notice is left at your door, you must collect items from the designated pick up location within the pickup window to avoid your order being returned to Assia Beauty Clinic.

  • Assia Beauty Clinic will not be liable for the loss of any package(s) for which a delivery signature or acknowledgement was not obtained. Assia Beauty Clinic is nor responsible for incorrect or missing information on the shipping address. IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD ANY RELEVANT INFORMATION SUCH AS: Buzzer, Special Door, Special Needs or if your delivery address has a South, North, West or East. 
  • If this information is incorrect or missing, we cannot assure you that your order will be delivered to you properly. IMPORTANT: It is IMPOSSIBLE  to change your address once the order has left our premisses. Assia Beauty Clinic cannot refund OR re-ship orders that have address errors, a lack of relevant information, or a last-minute change. Note: If you realize an error or want to make a change after your order has left with the carrier (i.e after receiving an "Order Fulfilled" email), we advise you to contact the carrier's customer service department and see with them if it is possible to change the delivery address. 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Tracked shipping usually takes:

    • Canada (2-7 Business days) however due to Covid-19 it may vary
    • Within the GTA (1-2 Business days) 

Please note that shipping windows are estimates, and delivery times are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather, additional payment analysis, etc.). 

Tracking your order:

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has left our premises, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to track your package at all times. If you are a registered customer and have an account with us, you will also track your purchase history section orders.

Unclaimed Parcel:

If the carrier fails to deliver the item as intended, it is sent to a post office for you to pickup. If you have received a delivery notice, follow the instructions on the notice to retrieve your item or check the delivery status using the tracking number we provided to you by email.When you go to the post office to pick up your parcel, you will have to present the following documents:

1- Delivery Notice

2- Official ID with photo and address.

WARNING: You will have a maximum period of 10 business days to pick up your package at the post office. Once this period is exceeded, the package will automatically be returned to us, and we will proceed to the cancellation and refund of your order, minus the delivery costs for the return of your package to our premises.

 Availability and out of stock:

Shipping is subject to product availability. In exceptional cases, where inventory for select items is no longer available, that item may be removed from your order, and all other items will be shipped. Refer to your shipment confirmation email to review all items sent and the amount charged to your card. Depending on your items' size and fulfillment location, you may receive your order in multiple packages. Some products offered may be temporarily out of stock. In such a case, an email will be sent to inform you of any shipping delays. If your order contains a combination of available products and out-of-stock products, you should expect multiple shipments.
