All products purchased are Final Sale.

If you are a first time buyer and are not sure which products suit your skin needs, contact us for a free consultation via phone or email and we will be happy to help you. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@assiabeautyclinic.com if the item is damaged , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please read the following steps in case you receive a damaged item. 

1- Please note that we will require pictures of both the packaging (the box we used to ship your products in) and the products that you have purchased in order to process your request. You cannot return any package without sending us pictures and without a prior approval. Please make sure the returned products are not open or used. 

2- Once we approve the return, you will need to post the damaged items back to us. A return label will be emailed to you.   

3- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process your refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
